Delivery and Collection
*You choose the first date that you would like your flowers. To be delivered we will then deliver the remaining flowers around the same time each month. This will vary depending on our open days and public holidays. Should you need to cancel or rearrange a delivery; for a holiday or another reason you will need to contact the shop at least 2 working days before your delivery date to arrange this.
Due to the current COVID 19 Restrictions, we have had to reduce our levels of operation.
We are taking Preorders for Mothers day (March 14th) With Deliveries starting on (March 12th)
Delivery charges and restrictions apply, Our delivery is only available in North Somerset. Please review our delivery charges here.
You can still click and collect but we are taking additional safety measures for the collection times.
* We will deliver your flowers as close to the same date every month. But this will likely change with our delivery days.
Flowers
Due to the extended time period in delivering these flowers, with changing seasons and availability, these will be florist choice. Should you want a certain colour please write it in the note for the delivery or contact the shop directly with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of the products we can only guarantee the freshness of flowers for 7 days and 5 days for Roses.

Warning
If you or any pets have any allergies to any flowers. Please let us know in the delivery notes sections of the order form.
Notes
You can also add a message/note to your delivery free of charge. Simply Add It to the Delivery Notes section of the order form.
